Chicken with pineapple and mandarin orange


Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets (1 breast)
  • 2,5 glasses of water
  • 1 dice of chicken consommé (bouillon)
  • 1 can of a pineapple (app.600 g)
  • ¾ of can of mandarin orange (app. 300 g)
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • ½ glass of cream 18% fat
  • salt, sugar

1. Dissolve consommé dice in water and boil all chicken fillets in it for 15 mins.
2. Take the chicken out of water and cool it. Keep bouillon.
3. Dice the chicken.
4. Put curry, pineapple juice (from the can) and diced chicken into 1 glass of bouillon. Cook for 3-4 mins on a low fire.
5. Cut pineapple and put with mandarin into the chicken. Pour ½ glass of cream and mix.
6. Cook for 1 min.
7. Add salt and sugar if necessary.
Serve with rice.
