Chocolate cake


Ingredients:
  • 150g margarine
  • 100g sugar (half of glass)
  • 5 eggs
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • salt
  • baking powder – half of small tea spoon
  • 200g ground almonds
  • 2 spoons of corn starch or potato flour
  • 1 spoon of flour
  • 2 spoons of vodka
1. Dice margarine, put yolks, sugar and vodka. Mix into uniform mass with a mixer.
2. Dissolve dark chocolate in ‘water bath’ (Put metal bowl on a pan with boiling water. Put pieces of chocolate in the bowl and it will dissolve. Keep low fire.)
3. Mix 1) with 2) with a mixer.
4. Put ground almonds, flour and corn starch or potato flour into chocolate mass (3) and mix with mixer.
5. Whisk egg whites with pinch of salt and baking powder. At the end add 2-3 spoons of sugar.
6. Add egg whites foam into chocolate mass and mix with a spoon.
7. Bake 50-60 mins. in 180 Celsius degrees in spring form (pan). Spread margarine on the springform and sprinkle with bread crumbles before baking.
