Gulash with lemon, apple and coriander


Ingredients:

  • 800 g pork loin (or other meat if you find it suitable)
  • 1 consommé olive oil and herbs
  • 1 spice minidice Garlic
  • 2 large boiled potatoes (puree)
  • 1 tea spoon of sugar
  • oil
  • 1 bunch of chopped coriander
  • 1 diced lemon in marinade (add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of water and boil lemon until it`s soft, app. 10 mins.)
  • 2 celeries cut in columns
  • 1 green apple grated with peel
  • 1 red onion (cut in small dices)
  • salt, pepper
1. Consommé olive oil and herbs dissolve in 1 litre of water. Mix and boil for 1 min.
2. Put celeries into consommé. Boil for 10 mins. Watch out not to overcook it!
3. Heat oil in frying pan and put onion. Fry for a while.
4. Cut pork loin into dices and put on the pan with onion. Fry app. 10 mins. Mix systematically.
5. Put potato puree and grated apple into one bowl. Mix together.
6. Put lemon and sugar from marinade into pan with pork loin.
7. When celery is ready strain it and put into meat. Mix well.
8. Add 1 spice minidice Garlic and mix.
9. Add salt and pepper.
10. Add half of coriander. Mix well.
11. Put potato puree on a plate and top with goulash.
12. Decorate with the rest of coriander.
