Ingredients:
- 6 fully grown kiwis
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g maskarpone cheese
- 1 package of cream (special cream for whipping)
- sugar 1 teaspoon
- caramel sauce or honey
1. Cut kiwi in halfs and take pulp with teaspoon. Put it in a bowl and mix with a blender.
2. Mix all kiwis and put them for a while to fridge.
3. Dissolve dark chocolate in ‘water bath’ (Put metal bowl or lid on a pan with boiling water. Put pieces of chocolate in the bowl/lid and it will dissolve. Keep low fire.)
4. Add sugar into cream and whip cream well so it sticks to bowl.
5. Put maskarpone into small bowl and mix with 2 spoons of whipped cream.
6. Put maskarpone into glass, next kiwi puree and the top layer – whipped cream.
7. Decorate dessert with caramel souce or honey and dissolved chocolate.
