Ráchal Cigányosan Gypsy-Style Serbian Fish


Ingredients:
  • 2 big carp or catfish fillets
  • 2 to 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 250 g smoked bacon
  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 5 to 6 spoons lecsó
  • paprika, pepper, salt
  • 1 cup of cream (optional)
1. Boil the potatoes (not too long since they will be baked later).
2. Clean and cut the fish....
3. Grease the pan with oil.
4. Slice potatoes and put them in the pan.
5. Put the fish on potatoes and sprinkle with with salt, pepper and paprika
6. Put onions on the fish and top with thin slices of bacon.
7. Pour lecsó on the top layer.
8. Pour cream on top if you want.
9. Bake in oven in 180 Celsius degrees for app. 30 mins.
