Ingredients:
- 1 package of tortilla pancakes (You can use ready tortilla pancakes from a shop) =)
- 2 chicken fillets (breast)
- red, green, yellow paprika
- caned beans
- caned corn
- salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder
- 1 dice of garlic (like a consommé dice)
- oil
- 200 ml (2/3 of a glass) of cram 12-18% or natural... yoghurt
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Sauce:
1. Put cream or yoghurt into a bowl.
2. Crush cloves of garlic with a garlic squeezer and add into the cream.
3. Add mayonnaise and mix.
4. Add pinch of salt and pepper.
1. Wash chicken fillets and cut into small dices.
2. Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper and sweet paprika powder and fry on hot oil.
3. Dice paprika and add into a frying pan when chicken is already white.
4. Put beans and corn (app. 2/3 of a can) into the frying pan.
5. Sprinkle with 1 dice of garlic spice. Mix well, cover and simmer app. 10 mins.
6. Put chicken with vegetable into the tortilla pancakes, pour some sauce into it and roll.
