Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (Penne or Fusilli)
- 250 ml cream 30%
- 200 g 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon of French mustard
- 1/3 of glass of white wine (Chardonnay)
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 tea spoon of marjoram, ½ tea spoon thyme and rosemary
- salt, pepper
- oil
2. Boil pasta 13-14 min. with tea spoon of salt. When it`s ready temper with cold water.
3. Heat oil. Fry chicken on a frying pan. Add chopped onion and pour wine. When it starts boiling sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper and herbs. Mix.
4. Pour cream into pan (into chicken). Boil on low fire for app. 2-3 min., mix all the time. Not too long so the cream won`t curdle.
5. Take sauce from fire. Add mustard and mix.
6. Serve pasta with the sauce. You can garnish with parsley leaf.
