Ingredients (For app. 12 muffins):
- 2 glasses of flour1 spoon of baking powder
- 3-4 spoons of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/3 glass of oil
- dessert chocolate
2. Mix milk, eggs and oil in another bowl.
3. Chop a chocolate into small pieces. Add into the liquid ingredients.
4. Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ones and mix. Not too well so they won’t be to sticky and wet.
5. Put mixture into paper forms to 2/3 of their height.
6. Bake in an oven in 200 Celsius degrees for app. 20 min. Check with wooden stick. When the wooden stick comes out from cake and is clean it’s ready.
7. Leave until they cool down.
