Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast fillets (1 breast)
- salt, pepper
- ½ tea spoon of sweet paprika
- ½-1 tea spoon of curry
- ½ tea spoon ginger-garlic paste
- flour
- 3 eggs
- bread crumbles
- oil
- Wash chicken fillets and dice into small dices.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and mix. (You can use garlic and ginger separately).
- Sprinkle with paprika and curry and mix (you can add pinch of chilli). (For big portion use little bit more spices).
- Cover each piece of meat consecutively in flour, egg and bread crumbles.
- Fry on hot oil on a frying pan on low fire.
- Serve with sauce/dressing.
