Chicken pieces with spices


Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (1 breast)
  • salt, pepper
  • ½ tea spoon of sweet paprika
  • ½-1 tea spoon of curry
  • ½ tea spoon ginger-garlic paste
  • flour
  • 3 eggs
  • bread crumbles
  • oil
  1. Wash chicken fillets and dice into small dices.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix. (You can use garlic and ginger separately).
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and curry and mix (you can add pinch of chilli). (For big portion use little bit more spices).
  5. Cover each piece of meat consecutively in flour, egg and bread crumbles.
  6. Fry on hot oil on a frying pan on low fire.
  7. Serve with sauce/dressing.
