Coconut dessert


Ingredients:
  • 1 coconut
  • 1 package of cream flavour pudding (In Poland a kind of dessert made from milk and starch)
  • 1 package of cream (special cream for whipping)
  • half a litre of milk
  • sugar
  1. Wash coconut and put it into a bowl and leave it in an oven in 210 Celsius degrees for app. 5 mins. It should crack so you can open it.
  2. Take out coconut pulp and juice. Leave some crust for decoration.
  3. Dice coconut and blend it (watch out not to damage your blender). You can also grate it into small pieces.
  4. Boil 1,5 glass of milk in a small pan. Mix pudding powder and 1-2 tea spoons of sugar with the rest of milk. Add coconut juice. Pour into the pan and boil until it gets thicker.
  5. Mix coconut pieces with the pudding.
  6. Make sure whipping cream is cold. Put bowl in which you will whip it into fridge for 5 mins. Add sugar into cream and whip it well so it sticks to bowl.
  7. Put the pudding with coconut into glasses. Decorate with whipped cream.
