Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast filets
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 4 spoons of butter
- Pound the chicken breasts with a wooden meat hammer.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put a slice of cheese and ham on each piece of breast.
- Roll up the chicken tightly. Tie up each roll with thread.
- Cover rolls in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs.
- Top each roll with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Bake in a baking pan at 180°C (356°F) for app. 35 mins.
- Serve with the sauce.
- 2 shallots
- 2 spoons of butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Put the butter in a small saucepan and melt on low fire.
- Chop the shallots finely. Put into the butter and cook for 7 mins.
- Add the cream mix and warm. (watch out not to boil it).
