Ingredients:
- 1 lemon grass
- 10 mussels
- 2 tea spoons of finely grated ginger
- soya sauce
- half of lime
- Clean mussels from a seaweed. Make sure it doesn`t contain any.
- Mussels will be boiled on vapour. Pour 3 cm of water into one pan and prepare smaller bowl that fit the bigger pan.
- Pour a little soya sauce into the bowl. (1 tea spoon per mussel, so the sauce covers a bottom of bowl).
- Cut lemon grass into smaller pieces. Put the grass and ginger into the bowl. Put mussels on it.
- Bring water in a bigger pan to boil and put smaller bowl into the pan. Boil on big fire for app. 2 mins.
- Serve with lime juice.
