Mussels with lemon grass and ginger


Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon grass
  • 10 mussels
  • 2 tea spoons of finely grated ginger
  • soya sauce
  • half of lime
  1. Clean mussels from a seaweed. Make sure it doesn`t contain any.
  2. Mussels will be boiled on vapour. Pour 3 cm of water into one pan and prepare smaller bowl that fit the bigger pan.
  3. Pour a little soya sauce into the bowl. (1 tea spoon per mussel, so the sauce covers a bottom of bowl).
  4. Cut lemon grass into smaller pieces. Put the grass and ginger into the bowl. Put mussels on it.
  5. Bring water in a bigger pan to boil and put smaller bowl into the pan. Boil on big fire for app. 2 mins.
  6. Serve with lime juice.
