Vietnamese Chicken


Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 paprika (yellow and red)
  • 5-6 champignons
  • mushroom soya sauce
  • salt, pepper, curry, sweet paprika powder
  • half of lemon
  • oil
  • rice
  1. Dice chicken (small dices) and put into a bowl. Squeeze out half of a lemon and pour juice on the chicken. Pour soya sauce and mix. Put the bowl into fridge for at least half an hour.
  2. Chop paprika, champignons and onion.
  3. Pour oil on deeper frying pan or on wok. Put chopped onion and fry.
  4. Add chicken, vegetable and spices. Fry on medium fire 10-15 mins until part of liquid vapours and meat isn`t raw.
  5. Add finely chopped garlic. If it occurs that we put too much soya sauce you can naturalize taste with a little amount of milk.
  6. Serve with rice.

  3. The recipe is from Vietnamese guy, so I guess it is Vietnamese. Well the original recipe is identical but probably contains Mun Mashrooms. Maybe it is European version of some dish. ;)
