Green Curry With Mussels


Ingredients:
  • app. 2 tablespoons (or more accordingly to preferences) of green curry paste (see recipe on this blog for directions how to prepare)
  • 5-6 mussels
  • 18% cream
  • salt
  • rice
  1. Boil rice.
  2. Clean mussels from a seaweed. Make sure it doesn`t contain any.
  3. Pour 3 cm of water into one pan and prepare smaller bowl that fit the bigger pan. Boil water in a bigger pan and put smaller bowl on the pan.
  4. Boil mussels in a vapour bath for app. 2-3 mins.
  5. Heat cream. Don`t overheat or boil - it will set!
  6. Add green curry paste into the cream and mix well.
  7. Add mussels into the green curry sauce and mix.
  8. Serve with rice.
