Ingredients:
- app. 2 tablespoons (or more accordingly to preferences) of green curry paste (see recipe on this blog for directions how to prepare)
- 5-6 mussels
- 18% cream
- salt
- rice
- Boil rice.
- Clean mussels from a seaweed. Make sure it doesn`t contain any.
- Pour 3 cm of water into one pan and prepare smaller bowl that fit the bigger pan. Boil water in a bigger pan and put smaller bowl on the pan.
- Boil mussels in a vapour bath for app. 2-3 mins.
- Heat cream. Don`t overheat or boil - it will set!
- Add green curry paste into the cream and mix well.
- Add mussels into the green curry sauce and mix.
- Serve with rice.
