Polish Apple Pie


Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ of glass of sugar
  • 2 full glasses of flour
  • ¾ of glass of oil
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 5 apples (sour type)
  • 2 drops of pie aroma
  • a little bit of milk
  1. Mix eggs, sugar and oil with mixer or food processor.
  2. Add flour gradually to the mass mentioned above and mix.
  3. Add salt, baking powder and pie aroma and mix.
  4. If the mass is to dense add a little bit of milk and mix.
  5. Wash and dice apples. Put into the mass.
  6. Cover baking tin with a margarine and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  7. Pour the mass into the baking tin.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 mins. in 180 Celsius degrees (356 F d.).
