Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- ¾ of glass of sugar
- 2 full glasses of flour
- ¾ of glass of oil
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 5 apples (sour type)
- 2 drops of pie aroma
- a little bit of milk
- Mix eggs, sugar and oil with mixer or food processor.
- Add flour gradually to the mass mentioned above and mix.
- Add salt, baking powder and pie aroma and mix.
- If the mass is to dense add a little bit of milk and mix.
- Wash and dice apples. Put into the mass.
- Cover baking tin with a margarine and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Pour the mass into the baking tin.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 mins. in 180 Celsius degrees (356 F d.).
