Pumpkin Soup


Ingredients:
  • 1 small/medium pumpkin
  • 1l milk (0,22 gallon)
  • sugar
  • noodle (ready from shop in a package, in Poland we use small balls noodle)
  1. Cut and peal pumpkin.
  2. Dice pumpkin in a small dices.
  3. Bring 0,5 litre of water to boiling. (Small amount just on a bottom of a pan.
  4. Put the pumpkin into the water, cover and boil 10-15 mins.
  5. Wait until boiled pumpkin cool down.
  6. Blend boiled pumpkin with a blender or food processor.
  7. Boil 1 litre of milk.
  8. Put blended pumpkin into the milk and mix. Add sugar app. 5-6 teaspoons or accordingly to preferences.
  9. Boil noodles.
  10. Add noodles into the soup.
