Pancakes with Champignons


Ingredients:

Pancakes
·    flour
·    milk
·    1 egg
·    pinch if salt
·    2 table spoons of oil

Stuffing
·    champignons
·    onion
·    cheese
·    salt, pepper
·    egg
·    bread crumbs
·    sesame

Pancakes
1.    Mix ingredients (amount accordingly to number of pancakes you want to fry). It should be very thin – almost liquid.
2.    Use teflon frying pan. Spread small amount of oil on the pan with a paper towel.
3.    Fry very thin pancakes – like on photo.

Stuffing
1.    Chop onion finely and fry in a frying pan on oil.
2.    Chop champignons and add into the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry few minutes.
3.    Take the vegetable from fire. Grate cheese. Add and mix with hot stuffing.
4.    Put app. 2 tablespoons of stuffing on the pancake and wrap it up.
5.    Cover in egg and bread crumbs with sesame.
6.    Fry until pancake is golden brown.
