Ingredients:
- 500 g (17,64 oz) chicken breast fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 table spoon of sesame oil
- 1-2 table spoon of honey
- 2 table spoons of soya sauce
- 1 table spoon of lemon juice
- 4 table spoons of sesame seeds
- salt, pepper
- Cut chicken into stripes. Cover in oil, pepper and salt.
- Dice onion.
- Put chicken into ovenproof dish and top with onion. Cover with lid (alternatively you can wrap it in tinfoil).
- Bake 25 min. in 180 Celsius degrees (356 F degrees).
- Mix soya sauce, honey, lemon juice and little sauce from baking chicken. Add salt, pepper. Pour sauce on chicken and bake 5 more mins.
- Serve sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds.
