Chicken with Sesame


Ingredients:
  • 500 g (17,64 oz) chicken breast fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 table spoon of sesame oil
  • 1-2 table spoon of honey
  • 2 table spoons of soya sauce
  • 1 table spoon of lemon juice
  • 4 table spoons of sesame seeds
  • salt, pepper

  1. Cut chicken into stripes. Cover in oil, pepper and salt.
  2. Dice onion.
  3. Put chicken into ovenproof dish and top with onion. Cover with lid (alternatively you can wrap it in tinfoil).
  4. Bake 25 min. in 180 Celsius degrees (356 F degrees).
  5. Mix soya sauce, honey, lemon juice and little sauce from baking chicken. Add salt, pepper. Pour sauce on chicken and bake 5 more mins.
  6. Serve sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds.
