Tatar


Ingredients:
  • 250 g of minced beef
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 table spoon of oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 small pickles

  1. To prepare that dish you need raw minced meat and you don`t cook it!
  2. Dice onion and pickle finely (small dices).
  3. Mix meat with yolk, oil, pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Serve meat on a plate with onion and pickle accordingly to the photo.
