Coconut Curry with Chicken


Ingredients:
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • caned coconut milk  (app. 350ml)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 2-3 tbsp of green curry paste
  • 1/3 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • salt, pepper
  • oil
  1. Dice chicken into small pieces.
  2. Fry chicken in a wok with smashed garlic and grated ginger app. 5 mins.
  3. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil for 5 mins. Mix.
  5. Add pinch of turmeric powder, oyster sauce (optional) and green curry paste – gradually to get right taste. (You will find directions how to prepare green curry paste on this blog).
  6. Add pinch of salt and pepper.
