Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast
- caned coconut milk (app. 350ml)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2-3 tbsp of green curry paste
- 1/3 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
- pinch of turmeric powder
- salt, pepper
- oil
- Dice chicken into small pieces.
- Fry chicken in a wok with smashed garlic and grated ginger app. 5 mins.
- Add coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5 mins. Mix.
- Add pinch of turmeric powder, oyster sauce (optional) and green curry paste – gradually to get right taste. (You will find directions how to prepare green curry paste on this blog).
- Add pinch of salt and pepper.
