Ingredients:
- 200g (7,05 oz) flour
- 100g (3,53 oz) butter
- 1 egg
- 250g (8,82 oz) chicken breast fillet
- 100g olives
- cheese
- 250ml (1 glass) caned tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika (sweet and spicy)
- Take flour, butter, egg and pinch of salt and knead dough.
- Form a ball and put into fridge for an hour.
- Roll the dough and put into a cake tin.
- Make few holes in the cake with a fork. Bake in 200 Celsius (392 F) degrees for 15 mins.
- Dice chicken into small dices. Fry on a frying pan for 5 mins.
- Add tomatoes, olives, smashed garlic, spices and simmer for 10 mins.
- Pour the sauce on the tart, sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 more mins.

looks like pizza:) but tastes great.
ReplyDeleteIt tasts great, but i moditied the recipe a bit - i added a little bit of sugar to the sose and i had too less salt in my dough.
