Tart with Chicken and Tomatoes


Ingredients:
  • 200g (7,05 oz) flour
  • 100g (3,53 oz) butter
  • 1 egg
  • 250g (8,82 oz) chicken breast fillet
  • 100g olives
  • cheese
  • 250ml (1 glass) caned tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika (sweet and spicy)
  1. Take flour, butter, egg and pinch of salt and knead dough.
  2. Form a ball and put into fridge for an hour.
  3. Roll the dough and put into a cake tin.
  4. Make few holes in the cake with a fork. Bake in 200 Celsius (392 F) degrees for 15 mins.
  5. Dice chicken into small dices. Fry on a frying pan for 5 mins.
  6. Add tomatoes, olives, smashed garlic, spices and simmer for 10 mins.
  7. Pour the sauce on the tart, sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 more mins.

  2. It tasts great, but i moditied the recipe a bit - i added a little bit of sugar to the sose and i had too less salt in my dough.
