Carrot cake


Ingredients:
  • 4-5 eggs
  • ½  glass of sugar
  • ½ glass of oil
  • 1 ½ glass of flour
  • 3 glasses of grated carrots (6-8 carrots)
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of soda
  • ½ teaspoon of cinamon
  • handful of walnuts 
  1. Grate the carrots with a grater
  2. Mix eggs, flour, sugar, oil, baking powder, soda and cinamon with mixer or food processor.
  3. Add grated carrots and smashed walnuts and mix.
  4. Bake 50 mins. in 80 Celsius degrees (356 F d.) in spring form (pan). Spread margarine on the springform and sprinkle with bread crumbles before baking.
