Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- couple of handfuls of raisins
- 10 dried plums
- 10 dates
- 6 dried figs
- 2 onions
- tajin spice mixture
- 100 g butter
- salt
- pepper
- Wash plums, raisins, dates, and figs. Put into hot, boiled water, cover and leave for 30 mins.
- Wash chicken fillets and cut into stripes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Dice onions and fry in a frying pan on butter.
- Put chicken into the frying pan and fry with onion.
- Pour plums, raisins, dates, and figs with water into the chicken.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Tajin spice, stir and simmer for 20 mins.
- Serve with traditional Moroccan couscous or alternatively with rice.
