Ingredients:
Pancakes
Pancakes
- 1,5 glass (375 ml) of flour
- 1 glass (250 ml) of milk
- 1 glass of water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 of teaspoon of salt
- 1 table spoons of oil
Stuffing
- 250 g (9 oz) semi-skimmed cottage cheese
- half of glass (125 ml) 18% cream
- few teaspoons of sugar
- 1 yolk
- alternatively 1 drop of cake flavouring
Pancakes
- Mix ingredients (amount accordingly to number of pancakes you want to fry). It should be very thin – almost liquid.
- Use teflon frying pan. Spread small amount of oil on the pan with a paper towel.
- Fry very thin pancakes.
Stuffing
- Mix ingredients to get consistent mass.
Place
stuffing on a pancake and roll. Pour cream with sugar and blended
strawberries on pancakes.
