Pancakes with cottage cheese and strawberries


 
Ingredients:

Pancakes
  • 1,5 glass (375 ml) of flour
  • 1 glass (250 ml) of milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 of teaspoon of salt
  • 1 table spoons of oil
Stuffing
  • 250 g (9 oz) semi-skimmed cottage cheese
  • half of glass (125 ml) 18% cream
  • few teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 yolk
  • alternatively 1 drop of cake flavouring
Pancakes 
  1. Mix ingredients (amount accordingly to number of pancakes you want to fry). It should be very thin – almost liquid.
  2. Use teflon frying pan. Spread small amount of oil on the pan with a paper towel.
  3. Fry very thin pancakes.
Stuffing
  1. Mix ingredients to get consistent mass.
 Place stuffing on a pancake and roll. Pour cream with sugar and blended strawberries on pancakes.
