Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 3-4 champignons
- 1 onion
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
- butter
- parsley
- Hard-boil eggs.
- Cool eggs down, cut into halves and take out yolks.
- Smash yolks with fork to get consistent mass. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and mayonnaise and mix.
- Chop champignons and onion and fry shortly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add yolk mass altogether with chopped parsley and mix.
- Put staffing into the halves of eggs whites. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Optionally you can add few chopped slices of ham.
