Stuffed eggs


Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 3-4 champignons   
  • 1 onion
  • mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper
  • butter
  • parsley

  1. Hard-boil eggs.
  2. Cool eggs down, cut into halves and take out yolks.
  3. Smash yolks with fork to get consistent mass. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and mayonnaise and mix.
  4. Chop champignons and onion and fry shortly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Add yolk mass altogether with chopped parsley and mix.
  6. Put staffing into the halves of eggs whites. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Optionally you can add few chopped slices of ham.
