Walnut pasta


Ingredients:
  • 250 g (9 oz) Penne / Conchiglie Rigate / Fusilli or Farfalle Pasta
  • sugar
  • cupped hand of walnuts
    1. Mince walnuts in mincer to get walnuts powder or wrap in paper towel and treat with meat tenderizer.
    2. Boil pasta with app. 1-1,5 teaspoon of sugar.
    3. Sprinkle boiled pasta with little bit of sugar and walnut powder (accordingly to preferences) and mix.
    4. If you prefer you can serve cold.
